1. Spend several months becoming an "expert". Read. Study. Buy books on eBay cheap. Learn. Become an "expert" in a niche market.
2. Build a website for that niche. Use templates at TemplateMonster.com Or use a pre designed content management system such as PHP Nuke. It's free and has thousands of users and hundreds of add-ons.
3. Write articles for your niche market. Or get free articles at article directories such as goarticles.com , article alley.com or findarticles.com.
4. Sell niche products. Use a free shopping cart such as OSCommerce . If you don't want to stock products you can still sell products using an affiliate program such as the one at Amazon.com.
5. And don't forget the Google Adsense program. Put google pay per click ads on your website and they share the profits with you. Some people are making thousands per week from adsense alone. A few weeks ago some guy writes a letter on the Warriors Forum and describes how he makes $140,000 a month from 30 websites and was wondering how he could make more. That's a little over $1000 a week per website, not unheard of.
6. Buy a camcorder and learn to shoot video. Whether it's around the town or in your garage studio using a green screen, you can produce video that people in your niche market will want to see. And you can use that video to sell products on your niche website by showing that video on your TV station..
5. Contact other people in your niche and get them to make video that you show on your TV station.
