SHIPPING
We do our best to get orders out within one business day. However, occasionally there are delays and your order will take 2-4 days to be shipped.
SHIPPING in SUMMER: During hot months, we ship orders with iFlora only Mon & Tue so that it is not in hot storage over the weekend. Please let us know if you want this sooner.

We accept payments through www.paypal.com, but only to a maximum of $100. Please:
1) Make out an order online and choose "payment by check".

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have super cheap postal rates compared to other websites. Most websites quote only UPS (United Parcel Service) prices which are many, many times greater than our U.S. Post Office Airmail Rates. Please click on "Products" below to calculate. Delivery for the very slowest rate takes 2-4 weeks, due to customs.
We are not responsible for knowing your country's quarantine or customs laws. You are responsible for these. We recently had a large order thrown out by Australian customs, which contained product that previously we had had no problems with. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not your country allows the order to be accepted, please contact the Customs Department for advice.

PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS
We are a web-based business. The best & fastest way to contact us is through email. However, if for any reason you cannot email us, please leave a message on voicemail (602) 241 6327. Please note that it may be several days before voicemail messages are returned. Email messages are normally returned very quickly. Please note that we DO NOT take orders over the phone.
RETURNS POLICY
Items which are unused and unopened may be returned for a refund up to and including 30 days of the date of shipping. All used items must be returned within 7 days providing they are in resellable condition and include all shipping materials and paperwork. All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. No items may be returned more than 30 days after the date of shipping.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If we receive an email cancelling your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund.
