Juicing Recipe for Weight Loss & Detox

As I say in my book, You’re not fat, You’re toxic,  you absolutely do not ever need a recipe for juicing. Just grab mostly vegetables, and juice them. If you need it sweeter, add an apple or two.

That’s it.

I am currently on day 7 of a juicing and raw plant food only diet for cleansing and weight loss. Expect to feel awful / weird the first three days as toxins pour out of your system. Drink plenty of extra water.

Here’s the recipe I am using mostly:

Spinach (lots of it)

Cucumber (peel it)

Celery (preferably organic, as they use more pesticides with celery than other vegetables)

Carrots

1-2 apples for sweetening

Optional extras/replacements:

Beets (MUST be organic so they are not GMO)

1 pear

Chinese broccoli

Kale

Parsley is very healthy, but add only a little, as it does not taste great to me. Remove as many stems as you can.
