Raw Tasty Vegetable Hummus Recipe
1 Zucchini, organic so it’s not GMO. Peel it.
5 Sun Dried tomatoes, soaked an hour
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1/4 cup walnuts, preferably soaked an hour
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
Optional but very tasty: 1 tsp Bragg 24 Herbs & Spices sprinkle (warning: It contains pepper, garlic, red bell pepper, which are not good for detoxing)
Serve between lettuce leaves, or with celery / carrot sticks
