Easy Raw Coconut Cookie Macaroon Recipe
This is healthy, super delicious and takes a few minutes to make. A few mouthfuls of this, and you won’t feel you are missing out on any treats.
2 cups Shredded coconut. (No additives. Try www.nuts.com)
1/4 tsp celtic sea salt
2 tsp raw creamed honey, or to taste (non-GMO) (Note – Agave is as bad a high-fructose corn syrup).
1/2 tsp vanilla essence (not imitation)
1-2 tsp almond milk or water, to make it stick together
Shape into round shapes. Eat.
You can, if you have the time, make them into round cookie shapes, and put in a dehydrator. But who has the time for that?
